Success in the 21st century requires leaders to combine sharp business acumen with a passion and forward-looking vision for their industry. Throughout his career, Brad Young has lived at this intersection.

His resume spans successful ventures across a variety of industries including an investment banking career, founding a hospitality development and management company with award-winning venues, and co-founding of a publishing house to further tap into his creative skillset.

Young entered the hospitality industry in 1998, opening his first venture, Circus nightclub, which helped transform Chicago nightlife. After three successful years, he exited that venture and co-founded Rockit Ranch Productions, serving as CEO and Chairman. Under his thoughtful and visionary leadership, the company opened 12 unique concepts over a 16-year period.

Rockit Ranch's notable projects included venues that re-shaped the Chicago dining and nightlife scene including Le Passage, Rockit Bar & Grill, The Underground, Sunda New Asian, and Rockit Burger Bar. Under his leadership, the team also expanded their portfolio developing popular concepts like Dragon Ranch, Bottlefork, Ay Chiwowa, The Duck Inn, and Otto Mezzo.

After over two decades in the hospitality industry, Young became an acclaimed and respected leader with his venues receiving national notoriety, earning two Emmy Awards for videos promoting his venues, and expanding their flagship venue, Sunda New Asian to Nashville, Rockit Ranch's first out-of-state venture.

After growing his company, Young successfully exited Rockit Ranch, its venues, and divested his owned real estate assets. He now leads B. Young Hospitality, a firm focused on consulting, management, and new hospitality ventures. After relocating to Fisher Island, Miami Beach, he serves on the food and beverage committee of the prestigious Fisher Island Club and consults with private equity firms on merger and acquisition opportunities.

Young enjoys tennis, weight training, running, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where he holds a purple belt after 23 years of practice and competition.
